Sensei Frank has been training in martial arts for over 50 years!  He started his training in Judo, where he was a State Champion and even competed in national tournaments.

Sensei Frank has been with ACTIVSTARS since 2006.


He is a firm believer of the discipline and traditions of martial arts, and expresses the traditions to his students, while still having fun.
