At ActivStars Athletics, we believe that everyone, regardless of age or background, should have access to basic self-defense techniques. In this article, we'll delve into the essential skills that form the foundation of self-defense, empowering individuals to navigate potentially threatening situations with confidence and awareness.

These fundamentals are based off of our SAFE Shield: Safety and Anti-Bullying program at ActivStars Athletics. Our students are empowered and become confident to face threatening situations throughout the course of our program.
